Past few days I had difficulty in sleeping early. Sometimes I really want to sleep for about 7-8 hours. But in the end, I end up sleeping for 5-6 hours. It has been running for 1 week straight. Despite all of those, I do not fell tired during office hours. I fell it really tired when I come home at house around 8pm. At the back of my head, I want to have a quick sleep of 1 hour after coming in house. However, it has never been a success. Every time I lay down in the bed, 1 hour is just passing by without falling asleep.
I am sure this is because of many thoughts that are running inside my head. I really need to learn to set aside these thoughts so that I can get rest easily. Now I still do not fell the impact of lack of sleeps. But who know, how long my body can resist it. Or in the end, maybe it is just me being worry of lack of sleep. Maybe 5-6 hours sleep a day is just enough for me
