This rss to blog script or software tries to find new blogposts that are related to defined keywors and publish them in their blog automatically.   The main reason of using that script is to auto populate the blog with related content.  They usually put a link back to the original source to give credit to the author so that the author might not complain about it.

Well, I dont know if they could benefit from this auto populate software.  Their blog is really automated but I am not sure if search engine is going to like it.  It could be mark as a “duplicate content” by search engine and the url will not be considered as unique or worth an index anymore.   If you have good experience with such a software, maybe you could share it me me.

I am sure this is because of many thoughts that are running inside my head.  I really need to learn to set aside these thoughts so that I can get rest easily.  Now I still do not fell the impact of lack of sleeps.  But who know, how long my body can resist it.   Or in the end, maybe it is just me being worry of lack of sleep.  Maybe  5-6 hours sleep a day is just enough for me

Today I got that praise.   I am currently in the project that is having a tons of problems.  The project was in delay and we are progressing very slow.  The client has been complaining to our boss regarding to some team member that are performing very well.  Aside from all those complaints, my boss told me that the client gave praises to me and told my boss to make sure that I am staying in the project despite all difficulties we encountered.

From this list, I sort them by order of priority.  I will try to finish the first point before going to the next one.  This way, I will try to be focuss as much as possible. 

In work, organizing the to do list is very important.  Otheriwise, you will end up starting the first task and in the middle, you will jump to another task without finishing the first one yet.  Going back to the first task later on will be time consuming because you need to re-read or refresh your brain for the previous task.

Always keep it simple.  One small piece at a time.

Got bored in your job is normal, especially when you have been working for a long time in same routines.  Just take some days off with your family or friends.  You will feel “re-charge” afterwads.

In fact I just bought a mini helicopter RC for the price of $30.  Yeah… I must admit that the RC helicopter that I bought is simple.  It is just the size of my palm.  The RC is 2 ways, means that the control can only guide up/down and right/left.  So… you might ask, how can helicopter move forward?  Well, just move a bit right, and the coper will move forward a bit.  The idea is to put more weight at the tip of the coper so that when I make a little right or left movement, the mini helicopter will forward with faster speed.

In the end, It really gives me the satisfaction of playing flying toy RC.  I am really happy that I bought this toy.

My work involves as well an application that is using database of Microsoft SQL Server 2005. When the IT guy tried to install it in my laptop, it gives a message that Vista is not compatible with SQL Server 2005. It recommens to use higher version of SQL Server. Well, since we are only having license to SQL Server 2005 and the company does not have any plan to acquire new version of SQL Server, they finally decided that my laptop should be resintalled using Windows XP.

I just agreed with them because I need that application to run for my jon. I do not know who has problem… Vista or IT guy or my company that does not want to upgrade its SQL Server.
